Terms & Conditions

INSPECTION: Monday, June 24th from 9:00am - 4:00pm at the auction location in Bennett. We urge you to conduct a thorough inspection of the items before placing any bids. All sales are as is with no guarantees.

INTERNET ONLY AUCTION: There will be no live in person auction. Bidding will be online only.

NEW TERM: A $1 credit card authorization will be processed when submitting your first bid. The $1 is simply a pending hold on your card and is held by the credit card company for varying lengths but typically 24-72 hours. This $1 authorization is not actually charged to your card and if you are the winning bidder that payment will be a completely separate transaction. If you do not win any bids there will be no charges against your account. Your credit card information on file will need to be correct. Update your information through the REGISTER HERE / UPDATE OR LOST BIDDER NUMBER link at the top of the auction page.

BUYERS PREMIUM: A 13% Buyers premium applies to all lots purchased and is subject to all applicable sales tax. (The buyers premium will be added to the bid price and is taxable.)

NEW PAYMENT TERMS (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY): After the auction is completed you will receive an email from with your total amount which is due by 4:00pm on Wednesday, June 26th. Any bidders who have not paid by this time will have their credit card charged automatically and a paid receipt emailed to them. If you’d like to have your card charged immediately after the auction and a paid receipt sent to you so that you may remove your purchases on Wednesday, June 26th please respond to the invoice email with your desire to have your card on file charged. You may still pay at the auction location in Bennett on June 26th from 9am - 4pm if that is your preference. (Payments in cash, bank wire transfer, cashier check or check with a letter of guarantee from the bank will receive a 3% reduction.)

REMOVAL: All purchases must be removed at buyers expense and responsibility on June 26th & June 27th from 9:00am - 4:00pm.
