Terms & Conditions

PAYMENT: Full payment required in cash, certified funds, bank wire transfer, Visa, MasterCard or Discover, or pre-printed checks. If paying in full in cash or cash equivalent, buyers will receive a 3% reduction off of the stated buyers premium. Checks must have a bank letter of guarantee to be considered cash equivalent. Payments must be made by 4pm on Monday, June 17th. Hours are 8:15am - 4:45pm, we are closed on the weekend.

PREMIUMS: There is a 3% buyers premium for in person bidding. Live on-line bidding will be available through There will be a 6% buyers premium for bidding online. The buyers premium will be added to the bid price and is taxable. (3% reduction is available - see payment terms)

REMOVAL: All purchases must be removed at
buyers expense and responsibility by 4:45pm on Tuesday, June 18th, 2013. Hours are 8:15am - 4:45pm. No weekend removal.

Titles for items that are paid for with funds that are not guaranteed will be mailed out 15 business days after the auction.

All titled units will be charged a $35 dealer handling fee. This fee will be added to the bid price and is taxable.

The tax rate on non-titled items is 4.75%.

Exemptions: Dealers re-selling similar equipment with retail tax license; businesses with tax-exempt status. (Items being exported will have the taxes refunded if we get a dock receipt within 2 weeks of the auction).

Temporary Plate/Registration: In the state of Colorado, a temporary registration will NOT be issued to any person who cannot provide a Secure and Verifiable Identification. If the vehicle is being registered outside the state of Colorado, we will provide a 14 day temporary plate/registration.
