Terms & Conditions

PAYMENT: Full payment required on Thursday, April 4th or Friday, April 5th from 8:15am - 4:45pm at Roller & Associates in cash, certified funds, bank wire transfer, checks verified by TeleCheck, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. (A 3% reduction off of the stated buyers premium is given for full payments in cash, certified funds, bank wire transfer and checks with a letter of guarantee.) There will be a late fee of at least $25 for items not paid for within the scheduled payment dates.

BUYERS PREMIUM: There will be a 13% buyers premium added to all purchases and is subject all applicable sales tax. (3% discount is available, see payment terms.)

REMOVAL: All purchases must be removed at buyers expense and responsibility on Thursday, April 4th or Friday, April 5th from 8:15am - 4:45pm. NO removal on auction day. There will be a late fee of at least $25 for items not picked up within the scheduled removal dates.
