Terms & Conditions

PAYMENT: Full payment required in cash, certified funds, bank wire transfer, checks, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. (A 3% discount is given for payments in full in cash, cashier check, bank wire transfer or check with a letter of guarantee from the bank.) Payments will be taken on March 20th & 21st from 8:15am - 4:45pm. Payments may also be made online via credit card. There will be a late fee of at least $25 for items not paid for within the scheduled payment dates.

BUYERS PREMIUM: A 13% Buyers Premium will be added to the bid price of all items or lots. The Buyers Premium is taxable.

REMOVAL: All purchases must be removed at buyers expense and responsibility on March 20th & 21st from 8:15am - 4:45pm. There will be a late fee of at least $25 for items not picked up within the scheduled removal dates.

This is a factory return and overstock auction, some items are scratch & dent or not working. We recommend a very thorough inspection before you bid online.
