Terms & Conditions

PAYMENT: Full payment required in cash, certified funds, bank wire transfer, company or personal checks upon verification by TeleCheck, Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card. (A 3% reduction off of the stated buyers premium is given to payments in cash, cashier check, bank wire transfer or a check with a letter of guarantee from the bank). Payments will be taken on Thursday, November 29th or Friday, November 30th from 8:15am - 4:45pm. Payments may also be made online via credit card. There will be a late fee of at least $25 for items not picked up within the scheduled payment dates.

BUYERS PREMIUM: A 13% Buyers premium applies to all lots purchased up to and including $1000. A 3% buyers premium applies to all lots purchased for over $1000 and is subject to all applicable sales tax. (The buyers premium will be added to the bid price and is taxable.)

REMOVAL: All purchases must be removed at buyers expense and responsibility on Thursday, November 29th or Friday, November 30th from 8:15am - 4:45pm. No Weekend Removal. There will be a late fee of at least $25 for items not picked up within the scheduled removal dates.
