Buyers Premium: A 13% buyers premium will be applied to all lots purchased and is subject to all applicable sales tax. (3% discount available - see payment terms)
Payments: Will be taken on Tuesday, July 14th at Roller & Associates office (7500 York St, Denver) in cash, checks, certified funds, bank wire transfer, Visa, MasterCard, Discover. (3% discount given for payments in cash and cash equivalent)
Removal: All purchases must be removed at buyers expense and responsibility on Tuesday, July 14th from 8:30am - 4:30pm, unless arrangements are made with auctioneers. |
