From Interstate 25 take the Santa Fe Exit, (US 85), and go south 4.8 miles to Oxford Avenue. Go East to Navajo Street and then go South to Quincy. Go west on Quincy to Windermere and then go South. Look for auction signs. |
Terms & Conditions
PAYMENT: Full payment required on auction day in cash, certified funds, bank wire transfer, checks, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. (A 3% discount is given for payments in cash, cashier check, bank wire transfer or a check with a bank letter of guarantee from the bank.
BUYERS PREMIUM: A 13% Buyers Premium will be added to the bid price of all items or lots. The Buyers Premium is taxable.
REMOVAL: All purchases must be removed at buyers' expense and responsibility by 4:00 P.M. Thursday, July 2nd unless arrangements are made with auctioneers for extended removal. |
