Located southeast of 6th Avenue & I-25. Take I-25 to the 6th Avenue Exit East #209A, then proceed east approx. 1/2 miles to the Osage Exit, then immediately east again at the stop sign approx. 1 block to Osage, then south approx. 0.4 mile as Osage becomes Rio Grande to the auction site. Or take Kalamath St. to 3rd Avenue, then east to Osage/Rio Grande, then south 1/2 block. Watch for Auction Signs. |
Terms & Conditions
PAYMENT: Full payment required on day of auction in cash, certified funds, bank wire transfer, checks, Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card. (3% discount given for payments in cash, certified checks, bank wire transfer or a check with a letter of guarantee).
BUYERS PREMIUM: All purchases will be assessed a 13.0% Buyers' Premium. This will be added to the purchase price and is subject to all applicable sales taxes. (3% discount available)
REMOVAL: All purchases must be removed at buyers' expense and responsibility by 4:00 P.M. Saturday, June 13th unless arrangements are made with auctioneers for extended removal.
