Coleman Natural Foods sold the red meat division in June, 2008 and the operations were absorbed by the purchaser, so the Limon plant was shut down.

AUCTION REGISTRATION: A cashiers check in the amount of $20,000.00 made payable to the bidder will be required to register to bid. Registration begins at 1:00 P.M. on the day of the auction.

ABSOLUTE AUCTION: The property will sell regardless of price. No Minimum - No Reserve.

PAYMENT TERMS: A ten-percent (10%) non-refundable deposit that includes the $20,000 cashiers check that was required to bid, will be due immediately after being declared the buyer. The balance is due in cash at closing within 30 days. No seller financing. Purchaser may finance elsewhere but sale is not subject to purchaser acquiring financing.

BUYERS PREMIUM: A ten-percent (10%) buyers premium will be added to the winning bid price to determine the total contract price.
