PAYMENT: Full payment required by Friday, May 8th in cash, certified funds, bank wire transfer, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or checks. A 3% discount is given for payments of cash and cash equivalent. All Payments must be made at Roller & Associates, 7500 York Street, Denver.
BUYERS' PREMIUM: 13% Buyers premium will be applied to the purchase price of each lot and is subject to all applicable sales tax.
REMOVAL: All purchases must be removed at buyers' expense and responsibility during the following times:
