Terms & Conditions
BUYERS' PREMIUM: There will be a 13% Buyers' Premium applied to all lots sold and is subject to all applicable sales tax.
PAYMENT: Payments will be taken on December 2nd and 3rd at Roller & Associates' office (7500 York St, Denver) in cash, certified funds, bank wire transfer, checks up to $2,000, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. (Those paying with cash or cash equivalent will receive a 3% discount)
REMOVAL: All purchases must be removed at buyers' expense and responsibility by 4:30 P.M. Thursday, December 4th.
