INTERNET ONLY AUCTION: There will be no live in person auction. Bidding will only be online at www.rollerauction.com
BUYERS' PREMIUM: There will be a 13% buyers' premium added to all purchases and is subject all applicable sales tax. (3% discount is available, see payment terms.)
PAYMENT: Full payment required on April 1st from 9am - 4pm at RJM Construction in cash, certified funds, bank wire transfer, pre-printed checks, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Cash, cashier check or check with a bank letter of guarantee will receive a 3% discount of off the stated Buyers' Premium.
REMOVAL: No Removal Day of Auction. All purchases must be removed at buyers' expense and responsibility on Thursday, April 1st from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. |
