INTERNET ONLY AUCTION: There will be no live bidding. All bidding must be done online.
PAYMENT: Full payment required by February 11th in cash, certified funds, bank wire transfer, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or checks. Unless paying in full in cash or cash equivalent, buyers are subject to a 3% Buyers' Premium. Only checks with a bank letter of guarantee are considered cash equivalent.
REMOVAL: All purchases must be removed at
buyers expense and responsibility by 4:30 P.M.
