Terms & Conditions

PAYMENT: Full payment required on day of auction in cash, certified funds, bank wire transfer, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or checks. Payments in cash, cashier check, bank wire transfer or check with a bank letter of guarantee will receive a 3% discount.

BUYERS' PREMIUM: A 13% Buyers' premium applies to all lots purchased up to and including $500. A 3% buyers' premium applies to all lots purchased for over $500 and is subject to all applicable sales tax.

REMOVAL: All purchases must be removed at buyers expense and responsibility on auction day, Thursday, August 6th or Friday, August 7th from 8:30am - 4:30pm.
