Terms & Conditions

PAYMENT: Full payment required on day of
auction in cash, certified funds, bank wire
transfer, Visa, MasterCard or Discover, or checks. If paying in cash or cash equivalent, buyers will receive a 3% discount. Checks must have a bank letter of guarantee to be considered cash equivalent.

BUYERS' PREMIUM: A 3% buyers' premium will be applied to all lots purchased and is subject to all applicable sales tax.

REMOVAL: All purchases must be removed at
buyers expense and responsibility by 4pm on Friday, August 14th, 2009.

Titles for items that are paid for with funds that are not guaranteed will be mailed out 15 business days after the auction.

A $35 dealer handling fee will be applied to all titles units.
