PAYMENT: Full payment required on auction day in cash, certified funds, bank wire transfer, checks, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. (A 3% discount is given for payments in cash, cashier check, bank wire transfer or a check with a bank letter of guarantee from the bank.
BUYERS PREMIUM: A 13% Buyers Premium will be added to the bid price of all items or lots. The Buyers Premium is taxable.
REMOVAL: All purchases must be removed at buyers' expense and responsibility by 4:00 P.M. Thursday, July 2nd unless arrangements are made with auctioneers for extended removal. |
