PAYMENT: Full payment required by July 22nd in cash, certified funds, bank wire transfer, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or checks. Unless paying in cash or cash equivalent, buyers are subject to a 3% Buyers' Premium. Only checks with a bank letter of guarantee are considered cash equivalent.
REMOVAL: All purchases must be removed at
buyers expense and responsibility by 4:30 P.M.
