Terms & Conditions

PAYMENT: Full payment required on day of auction in cash, certified funds, bank wire transfer, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or checks. Payments in cash and cash equivalent will receive a 3% discount.

BUYERS' PREMIUM: A 13% Buyers' premium applies to all lots purchased up to and including $500. A 3% buyers' premium applies to all lots purchased for over $500 and is subject to all applicable sales tax.

REMOVAL: All purchases must be removed at buyers expense and responsibility on auction day, Thursday, July 2nd or Monday, July 6th from 9am - 4pm. No removal July 3rd, 4th or 5th.
