PAYMENT: Full payment required on Wednesday, June 24th in cash, certified funds, bank wire
transfer, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or checks. 3% discount given for payments in cash, cashier check, bank wire transfer or check with a letter of guarantee from the bank.

BUYERS' PREMIUM: 13% Buyers premium will be applied to the purchase price of each lot and is subject to all applicable sales tax.

REMOVAL: All purchases must be removed at
buyers expense and responsibility during the following times: Wednesday, June 24th and Thursday June 25th from 8:30am - 4:30pm.
