Terms & Conditions

PAYMENT: Full payment required on day of auction in cash, certified funds, bank wire transfer, checks, Visa, MasterCard & Discover. Unless paying in cash or cash equivalent, buyers are subject to a 3% Buyers' Premium. Only checks with a letter of guarantee from the bank are considered cash equivalent.

REMOVAL: All purchases must be removed at buyers expense and responsibility by 4:00 P.M. Tuesday, July 21st, 2009. If Items are not removed by the removal date there will be a hauling charge applied per item left after the 21st.

INTERNET BUYERS' PREMIUM: A 3% buyers' premium will be applied to all winning internet bids.

If paying for a titled item with a check that is not guaranteed, we will mail the title 3 weeks after payment is received.

If you are in the business of reselling equipment, we will need a copy of your current resale / dealers license to not charge you tax.

All titled units will be charged a $35 dealer handling fee.

Tax is 4.85%.
