PAYMENT: Full payment required on day of
auction in cash, certified funds, bank wire
transfer, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or checks up to $2,000. Unless paying in cash or cash equivalent, buyers are subject to a 3% Buyers Premium. Checks written for over $2,000 must have a bank letter of guarantee.
BUYERS' PREMIUM: 10% Buyers premium will be applied to the purchase price of each lot and is subject to all applicable sales tax.
REMOVAL: All purchases must be removed at buyers' expense and responsibility during the following times:
Friday, Dec. 19th from 11am - 4:30pm.
Monday, Dec. 22nd from 8:30am - 4:30pm
Tuesday, Dec. 23rd from 8:30am -noon. |
