PAYMENT: Full payment required on day of auction in cash, certified funds, credit card or check accompanied by a bank 'guarantee' letter. Credit cards will be subject to a 3% Buyers' Premium.
REMOVAL: All purchases must be removed at buyers expense and responsibility by 4:00 P.M. Tuesday, November 4th, 2008. If Items are not removed by the removal date there will be a storage charge or item may be resold.
If you are in the business of reselling equipment, we will need a copy of your current resale / dealers license to not charge you tax.
