DIRECTIONS: Take US-36 (Boulder Turnpike) to the 104th Ave/Church Ranch Blvd. Exit #6, then east approx. 0.3 mile to Westminster Blvd, then north approx. 1.7 miles to 117th Avenue, then west 1 block.. Watch for Auction Signs.
INSPECTION: Monday, August 25th from 10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
PAYMENT: Full payment required on day of auction in cash, certified funds, bank wire transfer, checks up to $2,000, Visa or MasterCard. (3% fee applied to all checks and credit card purchases)
BUYERS PREMIUM: A 5% Buyers Premium will be added to the bid price of all items or lots. The Buyers Premium is taxable.
REMOVAL: All purchases must be removed at buyers' expense and responsibility by 4:00 P.M. Thursday, August 28th unless arrangements are made with auctioneers for extended removal.
