Cottonwood Sporting Clays, LLC is a sporting clays club and recreation site with an approximate 3,000 sq. ft. clubhouse on 310 acres in Pueblo County, in Avondale, Colorado. The range inclueds a 15-station sporting clays course with a tower. Each station uses PRO-MATIC automatic trap machines.

Also featured are the computerized 5-stand pavilion and a stand alone Wobble Trap which never throws the same bird twice.

AUCTION REGISTRATION: A cashier’s check in the amount of $25,000.00 made payable to the bidder will be required to register to bid. Registration begins at 12:00 P.M. on the day of the auction. The auction begins at 1:30 P.M.
PAYMENT TERMS: The $25,000 cashier's check will become the purchaser's earnest money deposit upon signing of the contract. No seller financing. Purchaser may finance elsewhere but sale is not subject to purchaser acquiring financing.
